Job Description

Conduktor is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to support growth within the US, focusing on selling their Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platform. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with experience in SaaS sales, particularly enterprise data software, and a strong ability to close net new accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the assigned territory
  • Managing, developing, and closing new client relationships
  • Partnering with solution specialists for technical wins
  • Exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
  • Highlighting Conduktor’s value proposition
  • Organizing demos and meetings
  • Utilizing a solution approach to selling
  • Having in-depth knowledge of solutions and value propositions

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in an Account Executive role within SaaS or a related industry
  • 3+ years of closing sales experience
  • Prior success in SaaS sales, preferably selling enterprise data software
  • Experience encouraging customers at senior levels
  • Understanding of the data technology ecosystem, especially Apache Kafka and Data Streaming
  • Proactive, independent thinker with a high energy and a positive attitude
  • Ideally, previous experience in a startup
