Job Description

The Certified Trainer – Content Developer is responsible for delivering industry-leading instruction on Altium’s products, enabling customers to fully utilize product features and capabilities with best practices through engaging technical training using various media formats.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Altium Customers using Altium Training Content
• Provide Online and Onsite Customer Training
• Maintain knowledge of all Training Content provided to Altium Customers
• Collaborate with other Trainers and colleagues
• Represent Altium in a professional manner

Requirements

• US citizenship or permanent residency
• 2+ years of experience with Altium products
• 2+ years of System / Board design experience using Altium Designer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively communicate project/task status
• Driven, self-managed, organized, and motivated
• 1+ years previous experience as a Technical Trainer (preferred)
