Job Description

The Digital Marketing Program Specialist II will support the execution and operational management of web and digital marketing initiatives across global platforms, acting as a key connector between marketing, web engineering, and content teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute digital marketing projects
  • Act as primary contact for digital and web projects
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms
  • Collaborate on web content updates and campaigns
  • Conduct QA testing and troubleshoot site issues
  • Perform SEO maintenance and optimization
  • Support campaign execution in HubSpot
  • Identify and communicate project risks
  • Assist in tagging and analytics support

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or project coordination
  • Proficient in CMS platforms (Drupal and WordPress)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital best practices
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously
