The Digital Marketing Program Specialist II will support the execution and operational management of web and digital marketing initiatives across global platforms, acting as a key connector between marketing, web engineering, and content teams.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute digital marketing projects
Act as primary contact for digital and web projects
Coordinate with internal stakeholders
Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms
Collaborate on web content updates and campaigns
Conduct QA testing and troubleshoot site issues
Perform SEO maintenance and optimization
Support campaign execution in HubSpot
Identify and communicate project risks
Assist in tagging and analytics support
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or project coordination
Proficient in CMS platforms (Drupal and WordPress)
Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital best practices
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously
