Responsibilities
Oversee operations in assigned location
Develop and grow relationships with property owners
Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics
Manage a budget for the portfolio
Manage a team, ensuring training and adherence to policies
Support team with escalated concerns
Partner with Business Development Representative
Perform light home maintenance
Establish and maintain relationships with team members and management
Provide cross-coverage
Conduct regular inspections
Perform housekeeping and maintenance duties
Frequent travel between worksites
