Responsibilities

• Determine equipment needs and explain trailer-rental options to customers
• Inspect trailers for damage
• Manage customer accounts including credit and collections
• Verify customer insurance coverage
• Assign repair work to vendors
• Perform inventories and manage equipment
• Complete training assignments for Operations Manager role

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Willing to relocate upon promotion
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong organization skills
