Job Description

Seeking customer service leaders for a mobile career path as a business manager through the Operations Management Trainee program. Training includes promotion and relocation to a manager position at one of 46 nationwide rental locations within 1-3 years.

Responsibilities

• Determine equipment needs and explain trailer-rental options to customers like PepsiCo and FedEx
• Inspect trailers for damage
• Manage customer accounts including credit and collections
• Verify customer insurance coverage
• Assign repair work to vendors and mechanics
• Perform inventories and manage equipment
• Complete training assignments
• Travel to St. Louis MO for orientation and other branches for cross-training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Willing to relocate upon promotion
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong organization skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to facilitate difficult conversations
• Management and leadership qualities
• Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement
