The Partner Account Manager will engage, build, and develop Human Interest’s key accounts and growth opportunities, focusing on referral relationships and partnerships in the SMB space.
Responsibilities
Develop and amplify referral relationships with partners
Create strategic referral networks and partnerships
Identify and resolve emerging issues
Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute initiatives
Work with partners to establish business goals and metrics
Requirements
2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with partners
Proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment
Highly motivated and a relationship builder
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Solutions-oriented and able to solve operational issues
