Job Description

Grafana Labs seeks a Commercial Account Executive to prospect and close new business on the West Coast. This role involves identifying opportunities, managing sales processes, and articulating the value of Grafana's products. The ideal candidate has a technical background and experience selling technical products.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Prospect for new customers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise
  • Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Manage quote creation and order processing

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
  • History of consistent goal achievement
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
  • Adaptable and experience in high velocity technology companies
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Familiarity with open source technology
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
  • Located in CA
