Job Description

This role involves planning, implementing, and coordinating production processes, especially vehicle commissioning, within the Assembly-Shop department. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient processes, managing equipment, and collaborating with various teams to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement planning concepts and projects for the Assembly-Shop department
  • Plan production processes, equipment, and methods across all work sequences
  • Approve technical specifications and clarify technical issues with contractors and suppliers
  • Manage layouts, specifications, time schedules, and investment plans
  • Coordinate vehicle commissioning activities
  • Ensure 100% Flashed Material consumption
  • Generate vehicle commissioning status reports
  • Assign and set up vehicle commissioning stations
  • Support the E-Warehouse Team
  • Escalate production critical topics to management
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate activities with partners
  • Collaborate with software releases
  • Prepare offers comparative analyses and purchase orders
  • Realize PV, 0-series and production ramp-up
  • Process planning orders and change requests
  • Coordinate related departments
  • Assume special tasks
  • Collaborate with supervisors and departments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional engineering experience in automotive manufacturing or project management
  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering or related fields
  • Deep knowledge of vehicle commissioning and flashing processes
  • Basic knowledge of production systems
  • Organizational navigation and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient report creation and data analysis skills
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
