Requirements

• 6+ years experience recruiting for technical roles
• Experience hiring candidates within robotics
• 4+ years of client interaction experience
• Strong understanding of technical skills
• Clear and effective communication
• Experience managing candidate funnels
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Working knowledge of interview techniques
