Job Description

The Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team in all areas, driving sales, analyzing results, and leading training. They create a positive work environment, ensure operational excellence, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and provide coaching using the StoreForce dashboard
  • Lead customer experience, including product demonstrations
  • Educate customers on Lush brand values
  • Increase product knowledge and make recommendations
  • Train and coach sales ambassadors
  • Encourage open communication and promote teamwork
  • Manage cash handling and store opening/closing
  • Monitor employee breaks and review daily communications
  • Maintain store visuals and merchandising
  • Train team on inventory best practices
  • Ensure staff compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • 1+ year customer service and sales experience
  • Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
  • Supervisory experience involving coaching and training
  • Problem-solving skills in customer service
  • Experience in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
