The Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team in all areas, driving sales, analyzing results, and leading training. They create a positive work environment, ensure operational excellence, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and provide coaching using the StoreForce dashboard
Lead customer experience, including product demonstrations
Educate customers on Lush brand values
Increase product knowledge and make recommendations
Train and coach sales ambassadors
Encourage open communication and promote teamwork
Manage cash handling and store opening/closing
Monitor employee breaks and review daily communications
Maintain store visuals and merchandising
Train team on inventory best practices
Ensure staff compliance with company standards
Requirements
1+ year customer service and sales experience
Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Supervisory experience involving coaching and training
Problem-solving skills in customer service
Experience in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
