Job Description

The Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team in all areas of the business, driving sales, leading training sessions, and ensuring operational excellence. They lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and provide coaching to the sales team
  • Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience
  • Educate customers on Lush brand values
  • Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors
  • Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members perspectives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Manage cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
  • Monitor employee breaks and review daily communications
  • Maintain a clean and organized store
  • Train team on inventory best practices
  • Support management with inventory tasks
  • Ensure staff compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service and sales experience
  • Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
  • Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
  • Experience with problem-solving issues related to customer service
  • Experience in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs
