Job Description

The Upsell Expert will work with current clients to enhance their usage of the digital marketing platform by educating them on the tools and converting them to higher packages. This role requires someone passionate about assisting SMB customers to achieve business goals and leveraging communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to upgrade/add add-ons
• Inspire small businesses to grow with email and digital marketing solutions
• Conduct value-based conversations
• Deliver against monthly conversion targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-2 years related sales experience
• Strong passion for helping small businesses succeed
• Exceptional and persuasive communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of Constant Contact’s product suite
• Experience with CRM and office productivity platforms is preferred
