Vacasa is seeking an enthusiastic and strong leader to join their team as a Local Operations Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing a portfolio of properties, and ensuring properties meet Vacasa standards.
Responsibilities
Overseeing operations in assigned location managing a specific portfolio of properties
Developing and growing relationships with property owners
Meeting and maintaining Vacasa standards and metrics
Managing a budget for the portfolio
Managing an efficient and high-quality team
Supporting the team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns
Partnering and assisting the Business Development Representative
Performing light home maintenance
Establishing and maintaining open, collaborative relationships with team members
Providing cross-coverage when necessary
Conducting regular inspections
Performing housekeeping and maintenance duties
Traveling between worksites
Requirements
