This role offers an opportunity to be an early member of Faire’s core strategy team, addressing key strategic questions such as product extensions, new categories, international expansion, and business model evolution.
Responsibilities
Break down complex questions with analytical rigor and customer insight
Translate recommendations into execution with product, analytics, marketing, finance, and ops teams
Present recommendations to the executive team
Build the central nervous system at Faire and ensure insights are accessible to all teams
Level up the Core Strategy team through new and improved processes, training, and coaching
Requirements
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Executive-level communication skills
Excellent at breaking down unstructured problems
Strong business judgment
Experience with quantitative and qualitative consumer and market research techniques
Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
Deep analytical toolkit with proficiency in Excel + SQL
