Job Description

The Client Success Manager will oversee customer success and retention for advertising clients by providing best-in-class, daily account management. This role involves both internal and client-facing responsibilities, aiming to be the most effective media partner for key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support accounts through the full business life-cycle
  • Lead client contact and coordination for high-touch service
  • Develop relationships with agencies and clients
  • Manage the sales process from pre-sale to post-sale
  • Assist with renewals through campaign management
  • Ensure timely creation and delivery of work
  • Collaborate across teams for client deals
  • Guide new and current client partnerships
  • Lead pre- and post-campaign workflows
  • Manage client communications and reports
  • Lead non-pitch meetings to update clients
  • Monitor account business and progress
  • Assist sales with pipeline accuracy
  • Oversee pre-launch campaign execution
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions
  • Improve workflows and best practices
  • Work with the Head of Industry and sales leads
  • Demonstrate support for the mission

Requirements

  • 1+ years of digital/print advertising/media experience
  • Experience managing customer relationships under deadlines
  • Commitment to learning and business category
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Digital media experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in digital product organizations (Preferred)
