Postman seeks a results-driven Field and Event Marketing Rockstar to contribute to pipeline creation and grow the Postman brand by planning and executing regional field marketing events.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute regional field marketing events
Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies
Manage event logistics including vendor coordination and budgeting
Track and report on event performance metrics
Support the development of event content
Track data in Salesforce for marketing activities
Contribute to quarterly planning and alignment with sales targets
Identify opportunities to improve field marketing processes
Requirements
8+ years of B2B field marketing experience
Proven track record of successful marketing events
Ability to manage projects from conception to completion
Strong data analysis skills with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working directly with sales teams
Understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel
Ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time
