Job Description

The Technical Program Management (TPM) staff is a close-knit team with broad experience across robotics/AI. The team is passionate about partnering with technical teams to launch AI and autonomy products by leading cross-functional internal and external workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end workstreams for core autonomy capabilities and supporting infrastructure
• Develop detailed tactical schedules and long term plans
• Track and report on product milestone progress
• Identify and address bottlenecks and limitations
• Maintain and track risks and develop contingency plans
• Drive teams to understand scope and schedule details
• Evaluate tradeoffs and flag issues
• Develop relationships with stakeholders
• Report on workstreams in various forums
• Work on engineering process improvements
• Learn new technical areas and fill leadership gaps

Requirements

• Strong experience as a hands on engineer
• Understanding of complex systems integration
• Familiarity with TPM tooling
• Familiarity with SW development lifecycles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Hyper organized mindset with focus on details
• Ability to summarize conclusions and action items
