The Operations Coordinator will manage the day-to-day customer service needs of members and experts, coordinate schedules, support the Care Activity Team, provide customer support, and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling requests
Support the operations and growth of the Care Activity Team
Provide excellent customer support
Provide high quality internal customer service
Identify and contribute new ideas for process improvement
Support Cleo Family Guides and the internal Cleo Operations team with ad hoc needs
Requirements
1-3 years experience in an administrative or customer service role
Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm in Pacific or Mountain time zone
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to be organized and proactive
Passion for building and maintaining great member experiences
Comfort with professional software
Background in or passion for working in health services related to women’s health, maternity, or childcare
