Job Description

The Operations Coordinator will manage the day-to-day customer service needs of members and experts, coordinate schedules, support the Care Activity Team, provide customer support, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling requests
  • Support the operations and growth of the Care Activity Team
  • Provide excellent customer support
  • Provide high quality internal customer service
  • Identify and contribute new ideas for process improvement
  • Support Cleo Family Guides and the internal Cleo Operations team with ad hoc needs

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm in Pacific or Mountain time zone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to be organized and proactive
  • Passion for building and maintaining great member experiences
  • Comfort with professional software
  • Background in or passion for working in health services related to women’s health, maternity, or childcare
