Job Description

Lumivero is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join their Student Success team, supporting institutions that use Tevera and Experiential Learning Cloud (ELC). The role involves managing customer relationships, leading contract renewals, and driving upsell opportunities to ensure long-term value and partnership success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships
  • Lead contract renewals
  • Drive upsell opportunities
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure platform adoption and value realization
  • Own the full renewal process
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasts
  • Monitor account health
  • Share customer insights

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS Sales
  • Demonstrated success managing renewals and upsells
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Knowledge of experiential learning or accreditation-based academic programs (preferred)
  • Familiarity with higher education sales or customer relationships (preferred)
  • Experience with Tevera, Watermark, or similar platforms (preferred)
