Job Description

Oversee and lead CNC and Metal Fabrication operations, managing day-to-day production activities to ensure efficiency and meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Requires strong organizational, technical, and communication skills, along with a background in manufacturing processes and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CNC machining and metal fabrication teams
• Develop and monitor production schedules
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment
• Address and resolve operational issues
• Oversee implementation of best practices and lean manufacturing principles
• Analyze production data and implement improvements
• Lead continuous improvement projects
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures
• Work with Quality Assurance team to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production management, specifically in CNC machining and metal fabrication
• Experience in managing and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving production targets
• Experience in quality control and ensuring compliance with industry standards
