Job Description

Complex is seeking a social freelancer to execute the voice of Complex Style on social media platforms, create and curate content, manage community engagement, and support social goals. The role requires a deep understanding of Complex's tone, strong writing skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute Complex Style social voice across platforms
• Create and curate content for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Lead community management and moderation
• Surface and pitch viral content to the news team
• Develop creative assets in Photoshop and Premiere/CapCut
• Ideate and create original real-time content
• Support social goals and provide strategic direction
• Share social best practices with internal teams
• Manage workflow of editorial social posts

Requirements

• 2-3 years of social media and editorial experience
• Deep understanding of Complex Style content, voice, and tone
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Willingness to work nights and occasional holidays
• Robust knowledge of streetwear/fashion and related areas
• Fluency in social media platforms
• Proven track record in driving audience action
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro
