Job Description

Pacvue is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize the end-to-end revenue engine by connecting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success through integrated processes, a unified tech stack, and actionable insights. The role involves managing lead and account lifecycles, revenue attribution, CRM and marketing automation systems, and cross-functional analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize revenue goals in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders
  • Manage the full lead and account lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain a tactical RevOps roadmap
  • Lead the execution of RevOps initiatives
  • Administer and optimize core GTM systems
  • Design and maintain scalable processes
  • Audit databases for accuracy and manage enrichment workflows
  • Build and maintain dashboards for revenue funnel visibility
  • Own recurring performance reporting

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Strong experience with CRMs and BI/reporting tools
  • Ability to scale processes and measurements
  • Data-driven with ability to present findings
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization
  • End-to-end project management
