Job Description

The IT Security Analyst is responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's digital assets by developing, implementing, and maintaining robust security protocols, systems, and procedures to protect networks, systems, applications, and data from evolving cyber risks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and security audits
• Design and implement secure IT systems
• Configure and maintain security tools
• Develop and enforce security policies
• Conduct security compliance audits
• Monitor security logs and network traffic
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents
• Develop and deliver security awareness training
• Stay current with cybersecurity threats
• Evaluate new security technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Security Analyst or similar role
• Experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
• Hands-on experience with security tools
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments
• Proficiency in identifying and mitigating web application vulnerabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
