Job Description

Instructure seeks a Revenue Enablement Manager to oversee go-to-market and enablement content, and manage onboarding operations. The role involves content management, process optimization, and training to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver enablement content and programs
  • Optimize and own onboarding programs for new partners
  • Develop and maintain channel enablement content
  • Serve as a central coordination point and strategic partner to internal teams
  • Plan, produce, and deliver webinars
  • Leverage enablement platforms
  • Analyze partner performance data and refine programs
  • Develop and deliver content for partner events and SKOs
  • Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools

Requirements

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems
  • Excellent language skills
  • Great customer presence and communication skills
  • Experience in planning, designing, and creating learning programs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish and build close working relationships
  • Global perspective
  • Experience with an EdTech company
  • Familiarity with outcome-based selling and sales methodologies
