OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc., seeks a Global Payroll Manager to oversee international payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments across multiple countries. The role involves managing vendors, tax reporting, and leading a team, requiring strong payroll experience, analytical skills, and a customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll for multiple countries
• Oversee payroll processing for international operations
• Calculate and report tax liabilities
• Manage payroll tax reporting system processes
• Manage multiple payroll vendors
• Manage payroll queries
• Research taxes and payroll withholding procedures
• Prepare special reports for senior management
• Act as a point person for payroll tax notices and audits
• Ensure correct taxation of payroll and benefits
• Build relationships with various teams
• Develop and lead an International Payroll Team
• Assist and consult on ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Minimum six years of recent hands-on payroll experience with multi-national payrolls
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
• Professional payroll certification preferred
• Three years of experience managing a team
• Two years of hands-on CloudPay experience
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large data sets
• Strong knowledge of payroll protocols
• Process-first approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Highly analytical with extraordinary organization and prioritization skills
