Gopuff is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Starbucks Operations team to ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery. The role assists the regional manager in store operations, deploys baristas, and maintains the Starbucks Experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store operations during scheduled shifts
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods
• Anticipate customer and store needs
• Communicate information to manager
• Assist with new employee training
• Provide feedback on employee performance
• Create a positive learning environment
• Develop positive relationships with shift team
• Organize opening and closing duties
• Maintain attendance and punctuality
• Provide quality products
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or equivalent
• ServeSafe Certification preferred
• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred
• Ability to work with fluid schedules
• Welcoming and helpful attitude
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Focus on quality and attention to detail
