Job Description

The Farmer's Dog is seeking a highly motivated EDI Lead to manage EDI processes across trading partners and internal teams. This role involves implementing projects, maintaining communication through EDI systems, and driving efficiency in supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have strong EDI expertise, particularly in logistics and supply chain, and the technical ability to analyze data and troubleshoot integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain EDI solutions
• Develop and manage EDI maps for transaction sets
• Act as the point of contact for EDI-related activities
• Lead onboarding of new trading partners
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission issues
• Monitor EDI performance and implement improvements
• Maintain documentation for EDI processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Work with project leads to address project issues
• Manage connections projects

Requirements

• 5 years in EDI implementation in supply chain or logistics
• Expert in Boomi iPaaS
• Experience with NetSuite and corresponding EDI integrations
• Expert in EDI transaction sets
• Familiarity with SQL, Groovy, Javascript & Python Programming Languages
• Comfortable with Data Warehousing (BigQuery) & BI Tools (Looker, Hex)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Skilled communicator
