Responsibilities
Own and facilitate global onboarding programs for customer-facing roles
Collaborate with GTM Enablement and stakeholders to assess needs and optimize programs
Manage onboarding components in the LMS system
Measure success and impact of onboarding programs
Become a subject matter expert in key tools for GTM roles
Coordinate onboarding and scheduling for role-specific programs
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in an enablement/training-related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Highly motivated and self-directed
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Ability to establish and manage project priorities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
