Job Description

The Journeyman Building Engineer supports the designated leadership with the daily operations of all building systems, including maintenance, repair, and operation of facility equipment. They respond to customer requests, submit work orders, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follows safe practices and complies with company and regulatory standards
• Operates and maintains heating, ventilating, and other facility equipment
• Completes all assigned tasks
• Works with customers on technical issues and failure investigations
• Provides engineering support for various systems and maintenance programs
• Analyzes and solves problems related to equipment design, operation, and maintenance
• Develops maintenance programs and ensures safe operations
• Reviews Service Bulletins and coordinates warranty recovery
• Manages project implementation and coordinates work with other operational groups

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Engineering skill sets applicable to various systems and maintenance programs
• Meets requirements for working in specific ATS environments
• Customer Service Experience
