Job Description

Manage product support, triage issues, and work with engineers and designers. Manage sprint processes, estimate efforts, and track progress. Build relationships with stakeholders and contractors. Improve processes and demonstrate a passion for learning.

• Build relationships with stakeholders and contractors
• Understand team objectives and capabilities to prioritize projects
• Coordinate contractor teams
• Report risks, successes, progress, and failures
• Manage team velocity and improve processes
• Demonstrate a passion for learning

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project/Delivery/Product Management experience
• Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Confluence preferred)
• Experience leading complex software development projects
• Experience working with product, design, and engineering teams
• Experience with agile frameworks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
