Bounteous is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant with expertise in digital analytics, particularly Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics. The role involves leading analytics projects, providing insights, and driving digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects and collaborate with team members
• Develop domain expertise to drive results
• Create dashboards and reporting aligned to business objectives
• Provide documentation and training for Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics
• Ensure clean data for successful digital marketing initiatives
• Identify gaps and recommend solutions
• Clarify client needs and expand client relationships
• Articulate complex ideas clearly
• Mentor team members and share expertise
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Prioritize and work on the right things
• Suggest team improvements
• Participate in community initiatives

Requirements

• College degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experienced with Adobe Analytics implementation, configuration, and customization
• Experience with Customer Journey Analytics preferred
• Focus in digital analytics, optimization, consumer insights, or marketing analytics
• Ability to build custom dashboards
• Ability to develop data and insights recommendations
• Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics certifications are a plus
• Experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform is a plus
• CRO or A/B testing experience is a plus
