Job Description

As a Temporary People Partner, you’ll deliver high-impact HR support and implement people programs across teams at Ro. This is a 6-month temporary role.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR partner to team leaders
  • Drive employee engagement, performance enablement, talent development, and organizational design initiatives
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development practices
  • Foster a positive employee relations environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement programs and policies
  • Guide organizational change initiatives
  • Analyze people data and trends
  • Champion Ro’s culture

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of People / HR experience with at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven ability to develop trust-based partnerships
  • Strong experience in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance enablement
  • Strong experience managing organizational changes
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership
  • Strategic mindset and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Working knowledge of employment law
