Responsibilities

• Execute Complex Sneakers social voice
• Create and curate content for social platforms
• Lead community management and moderation
• Surface and pitch content to the news team
• Develop creative assets
• Ideate and create original real-time content
• Support social goals and provide tactics
• Track and share social best practices
• Manage workflow of editorial social posts

Requirements

• 2-3 years of social media and editorial experience
• Deep understanding of Complex Sneakers content
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Willingness to work nights and holidays
• Robust knowledge of sneaker culture
• Fluency in social media platforms
• Proven track record in driving audience action
• Self-management skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro
