Job Description

As a WalkMe Renewal Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued satisfaction and retention of our client base by managing the renewal process, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end renewal process
  • Report on portfolio of accounts
  • Maintain client interaction records
  • Provide reports and forecasts
  • Implement strategies to increase customer retention
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
  • Strategize on renewal scenarios
  • Prepare proposals and order forms
  • Work with Install Base leadership, finance, legal & Order Management
  • Respond to questions on any aspect of the renewal

Requirements

  • 3 years of B2B SaaS renewals experience
  • Experience in driving renewals
  • Ability to negotiate terms
  • Superior time management skills
  • Experience managing clients with Salesforce.com
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in building sustainable processes
  • Ability to mentor junior team members
  • Proactive attitude
