Job Description

Workato is seeking a VP of Marketing to create and champion a developer offering, build a new brand, and lead an end-to-end marketing team. This role involves defining and executing the global developer-marketing strategy, owning developer technical advocacy, establishing a developer video strategy, and leading integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global developer-marketing strategy
  • Own developer technical advocacy and relations
  • Establish and run Workato’s developer video strategy
  • Build and launch a distinct developer brand
  • Lead integrated campaigns
  • Measure and report on KPIs
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary marketing team
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Community, and Sales

Requirements

  • 10+ years in developer or product-led B2B SaaS marketing
  • 5+ years leading integrated teams
  • Proven record launching net-new developer brands or products
  • Deep understanding of developer tooling ecosystems
  • Experience owning developer advocacy, video strategy, and multimedia content production
  • Proficiency with modern martech stacks
