Job Description

Forter is seeking a Senior Product Manager to manage the eCommerce Platform & Ecosystem Connectivity domain, focusing on building and scaling infrastructure for retailers to integrate with their platform. The role involves defining strategy, roadmap, and execution for global projects, collaborating with various teams, and translating needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives within the domain
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the domain
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver capabilities
• Develop understanding of Forter and partners’ ecosystems
• Translate needs into business cases and technical requirements
• Establish and monitor success metrics
• Inform product direction using feedback and analysis
• Serve as a thought leader on integration best practices
• Partner with stakeholders on GTM plan and enablement

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience building and scaling APIs, SDKs, or integration frameworks
• Ability to manage complex projects
• Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills
• Experience working at a high growth company
• Ability to work through ambiguity
