Job Description

Sword Health is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive early conversations with consultants and potential clients, uncover important details, and support the sales team in a hyper-growth environment. The role involves creating and executing pipeline growth plans, prospecting, qualifying leads, and driving attendance to marketing events.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute pipeline growth plans
  • Drive outbound prospecting through account and contact research
  • Work with benefit consultants to drive awareness
  • Process inbound lead qualification
  • Drive attendance to marketing events
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales activities and KPIs
  • Communicate with partnership teams
  • Support the sales team at conferences and in-person meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Two years of sales development experience or similar role
  • Experience in customer service and relationship-building
  • Experience in benefits, wellness, healthcare, or SaaS
  • Curiosity, great conversation, and expert listener skills
  • Experience hitting goals through personal contributions and collaboration
  • Desire to make a difference at Sword Health
  • Track record of resilience and success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and CRMs
