Hudl is looking for a Legal Operations Lead to join their global Legal team. This role requires paralegal skills and strong legal operations abilities, critical to the strategic and operational excellence of the Legal team.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve legal operations processes
• Oversee legal tech tools
• Be a corporate governor
• Provide transactional and paralegal support
• Build and maintain self-service legal resources
• Manage special projects

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a business environment
• Ability to manage a docket and deadlines
• Process-driven with system optimization skills
• Strong execution focus
• Global citizen mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity
• Legal experience preferred
• Paralegal certification strongly preferred
• CLM experience preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
