Job Description

As an Expansion Manager, you're a crucial player to launching and expanding CookUnity operations and ensuring the success from Day 1. You will gain exposure to all critical components of our development lifecycle including business strategy, real estate markets, production design, construction, entrepreneurship, culinary operations, technology, business development, and capital management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic decision-making via modeling and analysis
• Manage CapEx budget and ensure accurate reporting
• Execute and manage new facility launches
• Manage timelines, tasks, vendors, and budgets for expansion projects
• Improve GTM project management tools
• Manage compliance and diligence efforts
• Interpret and leverage data to generate insights
• Analyze market development cycles and refine models
• Assess areas for operational improvement
• Oversee vendor bid management and support negotiations
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures
• Ensure smooth handoff and rollout of market-specific process improvements
• Aid in discovering cost optimization recommendations
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve the eater and chef experience
• Serve as a strategic partner for cross functional initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Management or Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity
• Data-driven thinker with a Bachelor's Degree
• Effective at managing multiple tasks
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Rigorous in analysis
• A problem solver
• An excellent communicator
• A proven entrepreneurial achiever or leader

• Master proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiar with BI & E-Commerce tools
