Gusto is seeking a visionary leader for their in-house Brand Studio to set the creative vision, build a scalable approach to brand design, and empower a talented team. The role involves overseeing creative across various marketing deliverables, collaborating with product design, and ensuring brand consistency while measuring creative impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve brand's visual identity and storytelling
  • Manage and mentor a team of creatives
  • Oversee creative execution across various platforms
  • Be hands-on with creative tasks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
  • Deliver high-quality creative on time
  • Ensure internal teams are supported
  • Approve final assets
  • Define and track KPIs

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in brand design or creative direction
  • Proven track record of leading creative teams
  • Expert-level design and brand craft
  • Experience working across multiple mediums
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy and user experience
  • Ability to balance creativity with business impact
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
