Job Description

ABM is seeking a Building Engineer to support daily operations of building systems, including maintenance, repair, and operation of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. The role involves responding to customer requests, managing work orders, and ensuring safe practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and comply with standards
• Operate and maintain heating, ventilating, and other equipment
• Complete assigned tasks
• Work with customers on technical issues and recommendations
• Provide engineering support for various systems and maintenance programs
• Understand and analyze solutions for equipment
• Review Service Bulletins
• Develop solutions and implementation plans
• Coordinate work with other operational groups

Requirements

• Understanding of design, operation, maintenance, performance, or repair of vehicles/equipment
• Ability to logically approach problem-solving
• Ability to define a maintenance program
• Ability to ensure safe and legal operation
