Job Description

Looking for a motivated Product Manager to build experiences, tools, and processes to keep the growing Client Live community safe. You will work closely with partner teams, data science, and engineering to define and build experiences our Live sellers and buyers will rely on to detect and address trust & safety issues on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Champion a product strategy for trust & safety
• Identify areas of risk and refine a roadmap of technical product enhancements
• Create policies, SOPs, and enforcement mechanisms
• Influence risk and policy stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or strategy consulting experience
• Experience with e-commerce preferred
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
• Proven track record to define and execute on complex product roadmaps
• High levels of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit
