Job Description

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and processes. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Manage IT system infrastructure and processes
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• Support escalation and communication to management and customers
• Configure and manage operating systems and network components
• Support the design of systems and mission architecture
• Analyze and resolve complex problems

Requirements

• TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Fifteen years of experience as a System Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience with AWS and Linux
