Job Description

The Headspace Client Reporting team is seeking an experienced Reporting & Insights Analyst to play a key role in driving and enhancing our Employer, Partner & Health Plan client insights and reporting portfolio. The ideal candidate brings analytical and operational strengths, with the ability to execute well-defined technical reporting tasks and support project coordination efforts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain queries and dashboards
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Produce business analysis deliverables
• Create custom reports and/or dashboards
• Monitor and report on Service Delivery function against SLAs
• Perform structured data analyses
• Assist in surfacing business process issues
• Understand system architecture impacts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5+ years of IT/data analytics experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, Statistics, Amplitude, Domo, CoreMetrics, Google Analytics, and Excel
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Proficient at synthesizing data into written narrative and communicate findings effectively
• Ability to analyze and communicate upstream and downstream effects of changes
• Experience contributing data-backed insights
• Ability to multi-task
• Propensity to think outside of the box
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
• Ability to work well with people from different disciplines
