Job Description

The Senior Reporting & Insights Analyst will drive client insights and reporting, implement change management, and support process improvement. This role involves data analysis, building dashboards, and identifying strategic opportunities to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage queries and dashboards for reporting metrics
• Produce business analysis deliverables
• Create custom reports and dashboards
• Monitor and report on Service Delivery function against SLAs
• Conduct in-depth analyses
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• Understand system architecture impacts
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of IT/data analytics experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story using data
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, Statistics, Amplitude, Domo, CoreMetrics, Google Analytics, and Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and communicate effects of changes
• Experience making business recommendations
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
