Job Description

Moloco seeks a tenacious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. The SDR will partner with Account Executives to execute an outbound and inbound prospecting strategy, identify opportunities, and secure meetings with key decision-makers in the adtech and commerce media space.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting strategy
  • Build and manage structured cadences using tools like Salesforce and Outreach
  • Maintain a clean lead database
  • Craft personalized messaging
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Measure performance and iterate
  • Assess lead quality
  • Collaborate with AEs on outbounding
  • Ensure high-quality handoffs
  • Track lead-to-opportunity conversion metrics
  • Surface insights from prospect conversations
  • Share feedback with leadership
  • Stay informed on competitor moves and industry shifts
  • Contribute to shaping messaging and tactics
  • Participate in training and demonstrate a learning mindset
  • Seek feedback and improve performance

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales or customer-facing role
  • Experience in tech or SaaS preferred
  • Proven track record of prospecting success
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow process
  • Coachable and curious
  • Self-motivated
  • Understanding of ad tech or digital marketing ecosystem (bonus)
  • Willing to work in-office Tuesday through Thursday
