Job Description

Moloco seeks a seasoned Partnerships Lead and programmatic advertising expert to manage the partnership team and grow strategic relationships with exchanges and premium supply partners, driving inventory growth and shaping web strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing partnerships team
  • Drive growth of premium inventory supply

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in supply partnerships, exchanges, or SSP/DSP environments
  • Proven success managing and scaling partnerships teams
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience running PMP deals
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Strategic thinker comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring teams
