Job Description
Moloco seeks a seasoned Partnerships Lead and programmatic advertising expert to manage the partnership team and grow strategic relationships with exchanges and premium supply partners, driving inventory growth and shaping web strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing partnerships team
Drive growth of premium inventory supply
Shape and expand web inventory strategy
Lead programmatic deal strategy and execution
Cross-functional collaboration and market insight
Requirements
5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in supply partnerships, exchanges, or SSP/DSP environments
Proven success managing and scaling partnerships teams
Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
Hands-on experience running PMP deals
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Strategic thinker comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring teams
