Responsibilities
Attract and hire talent across GTM, G&A, and Tech teams
Support and scale multiple departments for hiring in North America
Use data and metrics to build process improvements
Be the talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers
Build an inclusive and objective hiring process
Source Candidates via multiple sources
Manage the end to end hiring process
Coordinating with project44 leadership on event attendance and employer branding
Work in our ATS to improve visibility and automation in recruiting process
Partner with finance, HR and hiring managers and project44 leadership to ensure recruiting needs are met
Requirements
5+ years of SaaS recruiting experience
Experience interpreting data and using it to influence hiring decisions
Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
Established network and expertise in Chicago startup tech & SaaS community
Ability and willingness to organize, host, and attend networking events
Strong stakeholder & interpersonal skills
Confident, assertive, and metrics driven in your approach to recruitment
Ability to work independently and perform several tasks concurrently
Ability to see all tasks through to completion with a high attention to detail
