The Kit Production Associate supports commercial kit management across Natera commercial product lines, including kit design, testing, and launches. The role involves managing change controls of requisition forms and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely and compliant kit launches.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial kit management across product lines
• Design commercial collection kits
• Conduct kit packaging studies and testing

Requirements

• BS in Industrial Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in kit design
• Experience in CAD
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience working with external partners
• Healthcare operational experience
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT, Smartsheet/ MS Project, AutoCAD, Adobe Pro, Canva skills
